Our Roots

Holy High – the name is a fun wordplay that means “amazing” in Taiwanese Hokkien. It speaks to our roots as a Taiwanese-American family-owned winery in Napa.

Started in 2015, our mission is to craft amazing wines at affordable prices and make them easily accessible in Taiwan while promoting the famous winemaking region of Napa. It starts off with sourcing quality grapes in Napa and its surrounding areas, partnering with incredible winemakers, and utilizing a direct-to-consumer model to avoid all the added layers of cost that are typical in multiple levels of distribution before it reaches the customers. From the designs to the style of wines, there is a unique level of our identity crafted within each bottle.
